We work to keep the calculators correct and the content current, but we make no warranty that anything is accurate, complete or up to date, and we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on the Site to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tax rules, pension ages and contribution limits change; always verify against official sources.

The free calculators and downloads

The calculators run in your browser and are free for personal, non-commercial use. Free downloads (like the lite tracker) are for personal use and may not be resold or redistributed as your own.

The FIRE Planning Toolkit

The paid Toolkit is sold through our store on Shopify and is licensed for personal use by the purchaser. It comes with a 30-day, no-questions refund: email [email protected] from your purchase email. Please don't share or resell it, it's how we keep the calculators free.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the Site at abusive rates, attempt to disrupt it, or republish substantial parts of its content without permission. Quoting with attribution and a link is always welcome.

Third-party links and advertising

The Site displays advertising (see the Privacy Policy for how that works) and links to third-party sites we don't control. A link is not an endorsement, and we're not responsible for third-party content or services.
